i had this computer.. the 25 mhz one with no soundblaster card though lol. i got a lot of use out of it as a kid though.

That sounds like the DeskMate system on the 1000 RL/RL HD models.

Tandys still exist. I have a 1000RL, a 1000RLX (the RL had no fan and used under 25 watts of power, which was incredible in 1994). The RLX had more power and VGA. I have a Model 100 "laptop". All of them work perfectly but spend most of their time in the garage on a shelf with the CM-5 and CM-11 CGA monitors. I also have a 2500SX, which was the last computer I was the buyer for. After that, I went to CompUSA.

Gotta love the "low price" of $2199.00. My oh my how times have changed. (I still love my Mom's old Tandy PC's.
