Michael Hedges è stato per la chitarra acustica quello che hendrix è stato per l'elettrica............non è poi tanto esagerata questa affermazione....se si pensa alle innovazioni apportate da questo interessantissimo chitarrista morto prematuramente........
Personalmente aerial boundaries è uno di quei dischi per me irrinunciabili.....da cosiddetta isola deserta...........in spare change hedges sembra usare chissà quali diavolerie per estrarre quei suoni alla chitarra acustica invece si tratta solamente di una vecchia martin...........

@TheCelticWayy This song should be the music for the coolest traveling/adventure video ever made. You can just imagine so many things...I remember listening to this over and over again in my early twenties- it totally shaped the way I thought about composing and performing music. I still wake up in the morning and listen to this song as the sun rises, drinking coffee.

If I could pick one song to play for the rest of my life I'd pick this one.
The feeling michael paints, the vibe this song gives me, this motivation fuelling, mind bobbling array of tones.
It would take a lifetime to find the words to describe this piece of genius.
