@pixelier only works on older Guns, that are not in use anymore.. so good luck with that.

I find it funny with people and these speed detectors.. You do know When your Detector finally Reads the Cops Laser gun the cop has already gotten your speed.. So Speed Detectors are Pointless..
-
To save some damn money on expensive detectors and tickets, DON'T SPEED
-
A laser jamer is a better option for laser guns

@clboy35 I am not confused, thank you. Laser detectors just do not work for practical purposes. They DO DETECT laser but, when....you know what? forget it
-
@Achisachis73 i think ur confusion is the laser detector will detect the "hit" on the car in front of u and alert u of laser ahead...if the cop "hits" u ..ur fucked
-
@Achisachis73 when i said behind someone i dont mean right behind them cuz obv u cant speed then..im talking they are in front of u a good amount such as 1/4 1/2 a mile and ur speeding until u catch up to them and as far as ur cousin goes yes if the cop points the laser at u it will pick up ur speed immediately i dont discount that...however if u have a laser detector it will detect laser thats farther up the road such as the car in front of u

@TheSneakySnake101 There is no laser splash, if your detector goes off in laser mode is because the laser was actually crossing you. Try holding a laser pointer at night to something in the distance and you will find it difficult to hold steady. I agree with you that if there are others on the road they might get them but only if they are the ones in the front, which means you are behind. I do not want to be trailing anybody at 85 or 90 mph.

@clboy35 I know that but, why would you speed right behind someone else? and if you do the cops can give you both a ticket since you BOTH are driving at the same speed. I have seen that happen. If I speed I want to be by myself on the open road. 1/4 of a mile will not give a you a warning with laser, only with radio waves. If your detector goes off is because they aimed it at you. My cousin is a CHP and he showed me his system.
laser detector is not effective due the laser's speed and accuracy. Once they point it at you they are reading instanteneously and by the time your detector goes off they already got you. It is a direct beam of light pointed at a specific car. Unlike the radar detector, which is a radio wave that you can "detect" even if it is not pointed at you directly.

@FlowzTheRhythm lol...no I won't hunt you down.Just as there are good and bad people, there are good and bad officers. When I use Instant on Laser, I allow for 15mph over, which I think is pretty fair. Some draw the line at 6mph. A small little known fact, at least in my state is that an officer is only to shoot radar in a location prone to speeding violations or speed related accidents, that is not always the case as I'm sure you know. I give many warnings, b/c I know Insurance Co.can break you
