The fact that PNC Bank and its attorney chose to proceed with the "foreclosure sale" in light of the Affidavit of Negative Averment filed with the court was shocking! What they called an "auction" was a charade. I was there. My home was sold without due process of law; in fact the court broke many laws in this saga of a lawsuit that has never gone to trial. Now, they will likely order the police to break their oath of office and uphold the criminal actions they have taken. What can we do when courts and police break the law?

They KNOW they are breaking the law. Guess what ? THEY don't care! They will pick you up and remove you as if your were a piece of property. Threats to sue them in their own corrupt courts meaning nothing to them.

Everything they do is wrong and illegal but they do it anyway. A friend of mine is going to be evicted from his apt. next week and a judge assigned was never even assigned to the case. The eviction is being done via the court clerks and attorneys. He got a Notice to Vacate today from the sheriff's office. The notice says that he will be removed by sheriff if he fails to vacate within 7 days. I suppose the one of the sheriff deputies will pick him up and remove him if he doesn't leave.

I am devastated at hearing the news - so so sorry that these thieves have stolen your house in that fake auction! They should all be arrested or lynched! Your counter-claim was flawless, I would like you to speak to Frank O'Collins personally to see what he thinks we can do now. There MUST be remedy. This is theft and I cannot believe this has happened to you darling, we love you and stand by you no matter that happens.

Rod Class dot com You can sue them all. Ask and demand for all oaths of office from officers and get names if they try to get you out of the house. Inform them that if they proceed they are then acting as private contractors and they can be sued, and you can go after everything they own.
