The Beast Inside - Experimental Music Video (Canon 5D Mark II)

This is just me (Phil) working creatively with music and After Effects.
The guy in this video is Robin, my good friend and also the other founder of Explosive Films.
We shot this in a day with my Canon 5D Mark II and I edited the video in Premiere and After Effects in 2 days.
I always wanted to do something totally experimental and basically random, which turned out to be really fun as you can work very freely in After Effects taking what looks freakishly cool and not sticking to a certain formula or even tutorial by another person.
Special thanks goes out to Andrew Kramer and Videocopilot whose plugin "Twitch" is used extensively here. Twitch allows you to create some randomly generated light, glow, blur, scale, slide and even time switches (or "twitches"), which is exactly what I was looking for here.

@ExplosiveFilms2007 Dude please get a tutorial about which twitch you did, I know there's the RGB colour split, but the actual affect when it's shaking almost off screen, I MUST know how you did it! >< Insane video!

@ExplosiveFilms2007 Doooooo it!! That would be class!! Anything would help!! I just got a crack version of CS5 after effect for Mac and its pretty overwhelming.. I wanted to see how the Software was before I invested so much money into it.. So yes!! If you could help in anyway please go for it!! Me and many other would be very grateful ! I have already been watching a lot of your vids and playlists and it has been very helpful thus far :]
