republicans arent right, this is why science and rationality is their enemy. liberals are also irrational, and rationalist leftism is the only way to go if we don't want to collapse spectacularly and probably take down half of life on earth with us.

how about psychology for starters. people aren't rational, individualist sociopaths. How about them Milgram experiments. neoclassical economics presupposes an idea of humanity that was around since "tabula rasa," and is extremely destructive.

then we can move onto better things like biology and ecology. =)
