  • bs pepper raw are awesome for healing... I went on all natural raw food diet only fresh fruit and vegetables and all natural herbs such as chinese mint root, fengugreek etc etc and It's gone after suffering for over 5yrs. My life and face are so beautiful now and now more swelling.

  • It's never lupus. Even when it is.

  • Thanks

  • @renwan86 what is it?

  • ok so it may not be "proven" but then again neither is Lupus. There is no test for it & no treatment, the ANA test ( anti nuclear Antibody) BUTmany people test negative when they are nevertheless sick & can even die OF Lupus (as did my cousin) while still testing neg on the ANA Test

its probably wise as she said to Test which foods inflame your symptoms and which dont

but following a regime is not only to prevent symptoms but to avoid disease and cell destruction.

  • Personally, I have found I can eat potatoes and tomatoes without too much worry HOWEVER I do notice a distinct increase in my symptoms (joint pain, swelling, fatiuge) if I consume these items frequently, eg. every night at dinner for a few nights in a row. The day after I have eaten salmon I have no joint pains and generally feel a lot better. The problem with lupus is that it affects everyone so differently - what might work for me won't necessarily work for another.

  • It's not lupus!

  • I eat a lot of burguers. It affected my brain mostly, I hope it doesn't get worse. Bye!!
