My double yellow head (named kiwi) does this all the time. She will even do it when her head is turned around and tucked underneath her wings.

I need to post more videos of Jojo. Of all other amazons I've seen, Poncho has the closest in appearance, voice and behavior. Jojo chats just like that anytime a woman is on the phone. Mostly ending with "Okay, bye bye." She matches the conversation attitude and even laughs at the right time. Jojo is 41 now. She even uses tools like Poncho. Glad to see Poncho is a well loved parrot. They are more like family than pets.
