Thank you so much, Byron, for making this video and posting it for the rest of us to enjoy! This song was very popular during the 1910's, and my dear grandfather used to sing it to my sweet grandmother, then & truoughout their 60+ years of marriage. To hear you it played on your 1904 piano is such a joy! THANK YOU!!

I actually just discovered the original sheet music to this song (dated all the way back to 1911) while sorting through my Grandmother's estate. I've been sloppily sight reading through it, but it really is wonderful to hear a nice polished off version of it. Great job!

That was really good. You are very talented. I used to sing the chorus of this to my little girl when she was a baby. I changed a few of the words around...she loved it ! We would dance around the living room and she would giggle.

When I was very small my mother used to sing me to sleep with this song, but I'm OK now.
Seriously though, this is a fine arrangement, the best piano version I can find. Thanks.
