The video was taken from a balcony over 100 feet up and with a low quality camera. Given the distance and obscured view, I cannot claim to know exactly what was going on, but I do think the video shows some degree of the overall atmosphere at the time. This shows mostly just police activity and journalists, the main body of the march was off to the north (left of frame) and not visible because of either the trees in the park, or the building.
