WUTHERING HEIGHTS 2007 by ROBBIE DANIELS JR.

a self made, live vocal performance. i had a nasty cold while singing this. and i had the camera aimed right up my nostrils for the first half of the video, hence the letterbox/black bars in the beginning.
i haven't been happy with any other vocal takes of this. filmed in Selene Luna's living room when I was painting her house. Ha! (Lucille Ball and Ricki's old afternoon apartment! For real!) Cahuenga St. in Hollywood California.
Just fooling around with the camcorder and the microphone. Trying my best to re-invent the amazing Kate Bush song. (No one will ever do her justice, not even Pat Benetar.)

Wuthering Heights is my favorite all time song and book. Kate is brilliant the haunting way she wrote and sang the song. I have never heard a man portray that haunting feeling you get, then theres you. This didn't work for me at all and the keyboard bleeping effect was really annoying.

Dude's voice reminds me of Al Stewart's.
