@jobemo75 I disagree. Yes, the song appears to be about death, and like all Pink Floyd, certainly has a dark element. But the doesn't mean that it isn't meant to be sexy. I'm mean, they did choose a woman to do it. Death can be sexy, and if anyone can pull off sexy death, it's pink floyd. Also, tory didn't "capture the feeling" that was intended. She set the feeling, she created it.

Great performance from Natalie. She can certainly handle the material which has to be very difficult in a live setting. Considering that this song is probably the most original, most difficult vocal arrangement in recording history and there is not a single word of lyric. Simply amazing! I shudder every time I hear it, when it's done this well.

It was raunchy but that detracted from the beauty of the piece. But she has great pipes certainly. I liked some of this.

very sexy voice
You hear with your ears , not your eyes. If you feel it too sultry because she put her hand on her hip, you missed out on what was on of the best vocal performances you'll get to see. Everyone can pick out , what they think , is a kink in the armor. Miss Azerad pulled this song off LIVE and that the best you could find wrong with her performance. Then she did her Job and did it very well.

great vocals. im a little annoyed though. this song isn't supposed to be sexy and sultry. it's about death. clare tory's original captured the feeling best, although the pulse version with sam brown starting it off is also amazing. again, this one is great musically. even if an "artist" wanted to "interpret" it this way, i'm not sure it should be messed with. to me, it kinda feels like turnin Tambourine Man into gospel song.
