The Fire Within: Leadership and Creativity

When arts, businesses and non-profits come together, what often results is a symphony of creativity that can change the world. That's the concept behind the third annual Leadership and Creativity Conference that will take place at Regis University on November 2-3, 2007.

"The Fire Within: Igniting Wildfires of Imagination" is a two-day conference for students as well as professionals from the nonprofit, business and governmental sector who want to become leaders and make a difference.

Creative collaboration from diverse perspectives can result in unique solutions to social problems. And nothing's more creative than emerging and established leaders from business and the arts putting their heads together to find solutions.

This multidimensional dimensional conference will show you the benefits of working with diverse organizations, how to think creatively and through it all, showcase the value of good mental health.

Creative Leaps International, known for its dynamic performances, will set the stage for the conference, presenting a "Concert of Ideas," leading to circle discussion groups, networking lunch and skill building sessions.

Two pre-conference sessions will be offered on Friday, November 2, as Kevin May presents "Finding Your Personal Purpose" and Ayn Fox presents "Inviting the Muse."

Traditional undergraduate attendees are invited to a stirring session facilitated by toy inventor Charlie Girsh at 5 p.m. Friday.

Early bird deadline is October 13th
Students: $75
Professionals: $100
Group rate (more than 3 from an institution): $75 per person
Preconference sessions: $75 each
Combo deal: Attend pre-conference sessions on Friday, November 2, as well as the main conference for just $125.
