This is one of the Official Nikon Japanese Only video instruction on how to clean your sensor. This video assumes you are using the Nikon Pro Cleaning Kit which this video came with. Nothing special about the kit.

  • nice & short=love it

    now can anyone translate?

what's the substance that she's using?

    thanks in advance!

  • @xpabli The substance is dehydrated (anhydrous) ethanol

  • Nikon D100 not has an Indium Tin Dioxide coat. So... with D40, D40x, D70s, D80, D300, D2xs, D3 do this more careful

  • Only the D300 and D3 have a Indium Tin Dioxide coat. You're safe to use the process on all other Nikon Cameras.

  • I'm so happy

  • i got a cracker in there

  • Dust on your sensor will not get worse when you stop down.... They will remain the same. Sensor dust spots don't change from wide to small aperture... or even if you have a lens attached at all.

  • wats dramamine?

  • I have a Giottos cleaning kit and i just use the rocket air thing and it blows all the dust off.

  • I have lot of dust on my sensor. I must clean it, because on photographs done at aperture f/11 and smaller looks all photos really bad.
