I still can't figure this out. I want to make a make a correct circle, but the ellipse tool is never 100% circle unless you know exactly where to start on the page. Been here for hours and still can't get it exact. Is there anything like the crop tool that allows you to shape the circle once you've put the initial circle shape down? How can I move the edges of the circle into a shape I eventually want?

couldnt you just, elliptical marquee tool. and then ctrl shift i to invert and then delete? not that im a pro or trying to show off or nothing but it jus seems like an easy way =]
