Hybrid Memory Cube could be an absolute game changer for applications ranging from high performance computing to consumer technologies like tablets and graphics cards that value a combination of form factor, energy and bandwidth.

So how do you meassure speed? Latency, bandwidth, or some combination?

Some ballpark figures for both would be nice, the same for power consumption.

I don't think it sounds too good to be true. It is impressive, but a 20X increase surely isn't unheard of in the computer component industry.

    You know what they say.

When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Would love to hear when we can expect to see something like this in end user products.
