Music is a completely different art.
Its alot different once youve experience being a musician and any idiot can be a movie critic.

So, with that logic, the only accurate music critics MUST be members of bands?

I'm not a camera man, or an actor, yet I can comment on bad acting and poor cinematography. I'm not a musician but I can say she can't sing it well live. Just like I can say DragonForce can't play their own complex songs live.

well, yeah, you have know idea how hard, or easy it is to play music unless you can play it yourself, look at classical music for example, people today may think it sucks because it's not like today's music. classical music can get way out of hand and nearly impossible to play(llike the flight of the bumblebee i.e.) once you can play it, you have a totally diferent perspective on it.

Frankly, if you can't sing your own songs, without heavy studio editing or a studio setting, don't release them. Or at least don't play them live.
I'm sure there's other songs in their catalogue that she can sing live.
