This is IFA Wartburg, a swedish band lead by the two intellectual giants Heinz Klinger and Rolf Kempinski, heavily specialized in "Russ´n Roll" and the glory of everyday life in DDR. Check out their homage to the sadly vandalized Berlin Wall in the remake of the video "Mauer Power".
