Next Generation Lego Auto-Flywheel Transmission (1st takeof 2)

After failing to create a more compact Auto-Flywheel system, I tried to make a simpler one. (I know it still looks complex, but there are much fewer moving parts than before.)

Power input comes from the treadmill through the front wheels, which spins a variable geometry flywheel. The flywheel shaft sends power to the gearbox and governs the gear position. The perpendicular wheel at the back is connected to the output shaft. The gear box has 3 speeds of gears plus a neutral.

I dont have much free time at all. If you check the dates on these vids, you can see I haven't done anything with them for about nine months.

Yep, it shifts automatically and incorperates a manual overide as well.

patent this design and sell it to lego and make mass production of the lego automatic transmission or something like that or make a better version on a scale sized car or something. Maybe you already have =P
