Hi I was wondering if you could help me out?? I play picc. In the school band and whenever I play high notes they are super loud and out of tune! How did you make your high notes sound so pretty yet quiet and in tune? Thank you! :)

@JockeyGirlLuvsHorses I'm having that problem now. Being that I don't play nearly as much as I used to my high notes are becoming a pain to hit "gracefully" I have a terrible pitch problem with them too. My advice is to play long tones. I often go outside or stick some ear plugs and over blow all my notes to kind of shock my lips back into shape if that makes any type of sense. Work on your long tones from FFF to FF to P. its a hell of a work out but you'll reap the benefits :]
