http://www.holisticmanagement.org ...if you think about the past when you had large herds of animals moving across the land, you also had grass that was chest high, especially out in the west. And there was a reason for that.
I now feel at ease eating this meat I just bought. Our family has recently switched to eating meat only from "happy farms", cage free, & "free range farms". After seeing a traumitizing video on inhumand meat farms I told myself I would not eat another bite of meat or dairy unless I knew the farm which the meat was from was a place where the animals were happy, healthy, chemical & horomone free, & humanely raised. Thank you so much for the video & thank you so much to these REAL farmers.
The point is that they were MOVING! Anywhere you see cows in the sage brush areas you will see the decimation of native ecology. They sit and slop around in the watersheds. AND check out Yellowstone bison and how they are NOT allowed to roam outside of the park. Why? Because of the cattle industry. We got a big problem!
