This is The Walkmen performing The Rat in the Cosby tent @ The Electric Picnic Music & Arts Festival in Stradbally, Co. Laois in the 1am-2am slot. I ducked out of The Chemical Brothers set at the main stage to catch a bit of these guys and they were excellent. The frontman's voice was one of the best I've heard and the band were so good particularly the drummer. They were also very down to earth and delighted to have been invited back to play the Picnic as they "are not always invited back". Great headline slot in the Cosby tent and delighted to have seen them. Catch them live and/or check out their albums if you haven't already.

@091jan08 Yeah they were great, it was the drums on this track that made me a fan originally. The singer's got one of the best voices I've heard and they seem so humble and thankful that they were invited back to play at the Festival. A very fine band indeed.
