  • this song still makes me jizz

  • @Fafix666 i think he means the basic 4bar kick snare timing you get with most commercial drum and bass songs, such as this and a lot of pendulum's work....as opposed to just "drum and bass drums"

  • @Smileyx19 Oh no doubt Pendulum pull from a few sources, but I'd say they're more close to drum and bass than anything else. I love the stuff, but I do wish it had some deeper bass.

Qemists I just discovered on Pandora radio (Pendulum channel, lol) and I'm still getting a feel. Definitely a heavier sound I think.

  • @sauronhall @AlexxRogers I happen to agree with sauronhall being a drummer myself, that the drummer in the video is simply there for fill, his hits do not correspond with the beats in the track, and it doesn't matter how much EQ'ing you do, you can't create sound without him hitting something..

  • @MadnessStalker Pendulum aren't DnB either, cors, like, wheres the fucking bass :D ?

  • @ISIMPOI hahahahahahaha <3 bro

  • @sauronhall There are plenty of bands out there that use real insruments instead of loops. Look at the ever popular Pendulum. Or Infected Mushroom (not DnB but a live act none the less) or even Ill atmospheric, or Hadouken!, or well, you get the point. And an electronic band is bound to use equalizers. Thinking otherwise is like assuming a bartender doesn't have a bottle opener or a basketball player goes with out shoes.

Lastly, it's really lame to get mad on the internet. Carry on.

  • @sauronhall Don't forget Qemists is a band with Rock/Metal roots. This song is from their 1st album. Just like "Stompbox" and "Lost Weekend" (great combination d&m with metal)

They adding real instruments into electronic. I guess here's too.
