Gotta love songs that never get old, just acquite new meanings with time. That's real art.
Not a word had to be added to song, so it seems quite clear to me that anyone that thinks the song here is "perverted" has to accept the song has always been this "perverted".
The song speaks for itself, the smart background collage only reminds us of how enduring Cohen's work is.
If you are convinced Leo is a genius and yet this video makes you angry, I can suggest you rethink your principles.

it use to be a valid song and the whole notion of weather everybody knows that they know. with anyone else. I suppose there are some people out there that never heard this and let me say that there was a time where it didn't feel like everyone knew, now this may come across with less impact (this song) now its gotten to be a general betrayal thats excepted. than again though I suppose there is someone that is just understanding for the first that everyone knows but somehow we as a whole ignore

Almost 300,000 views. I am really humbled that so many people would sit through something that I made. I am humbled that Leonard Cohen's Record label has never caused me any grief for making this video. I think that says a lot and I think Leonard Cohen is very talented poet/musician and I would highly recommend that you purchase some of his music.
