Yey another video! Hopefully this one will be more helpful than anything else I uploaded. (Which is basically all crap. xp)

-THERE IS NO SOUND!-
So don't panic if your speakers don't make any noise and you have all the volumes blasting. I didn't have any music open, didn't feel like dealing with UMG or whoever keeps pulling people's vids off, and it was easier to edit without some singer blabbing to me while I was trying to edit subtitles.

This is a tutorial I made to teach you people how to make a glitter using PhotoShop Elements 5, although I'm pretty sure it will work in any other version of PhotoShop. ^-^! Although the buttons may be in different places. Anyways, I hope you can see what I'm doing. I tried to put in subtitles, but sometimes you can't read them and I'm very sorry for that. o.o;; Stupid WMM didn't have any colors that were legible that I could've used.
My computer went slow at some points because the HyperCam was slowing it down, but nuh. As long as it worked, I guess. You're going to need some basic knowledge of navigating around PhotoShop when you use this tutorial, but if you don't hopefully my mouse darting all over the place will help you a little. (If you can see it.)
And sorry for using a Neopets image. x| I was going to use something from KH or Pokémon, but I didn't feel like searching all over the interwebs just to find a fuzzy picture of Sora or Pikachu. I have nothing against them, but the Neo image was clear, clean, and already there. You can, of course, use a different image than I did. ;D It's not that difficult.

Let me know if this tutorial helps, thanks for watching! :D

Used HyperCam.
Image is (c) Neopets.

  • this was really helpful apart from one thing, when its done, the layers that i duplicated are the only bits that show up on the animated thing- it flashes between full image, layer with one selected bit, then last layer with one selected bit :S i dont know how to solve this!

  • @ColletteMaria1 Sorry for getting back to you so late! Not sure if you've solved this yet, but maybe I can help you. The picture and all duplicates should have a white background with no filters or layer styles applied. And when you save, make sure you have "Transparency" UNchecked. I'm not sure how well I can help you through comments, so if this still doesn't solve your problem feel free to message me with more details. I'll try and get back to you as soon as I can. C:
