I've been wanting to make a spoof video for a while, but I couldn't find a good song. :P This one was recommended to me by the percussionist at my theater group, and after hearing it I thought it'd be real fun to make a video.
And, heck. Even if you don't know about the anime, you'll probably get a kick out of the song.

I love that anime! And I laughed so hard the first time I heard this song, I had one of those "milk out of nose" moments. It's funniness also was helped by the fact that I am jewish, but yeah, AWESOME!!!

This was great! But can I make two suggestions? One, do one with the whole song? And two, do it, and at the end, insert the part from later in the play where the guy with the Coconuts tells them he's a Jew, and says he didn't mention it sooner "Because it's not the sort of thing one generally brings up to a group of hevealy armed Christians."

Yeah, I had to keep it nice and short because... well, when I made this video, not all of the episodes were available. I'm not sure, but I think it cuts off to a two minute wine-bottle-dance that's spoofing "Fiddler on the Roof," and I was left with the decision to either cut the song short or match it up with two minutes of random clips that had nothing to do with anything... so I chose to cut it. x.x
