It doesn't look like twixtor because it was shot in 30 fps (or less), and to really make twixtor look the very best, you need to be shooting at 60 fps.

how do you stretch the sound? whenever i render the sound stays at the same speed when my twixtor starts

They made their stuff look good, but what I'm saying is overall, you tend to have much better results if you're shooting at 60 fps. Not saying it's impossible if it isn't 60, but it helps.
