Great, I'm glad someone else is not afraid of getting trims! My stylist trims me ($15) around 3 months. My hair is super short but I'm growing it out. If I go longer I tend to cut off more off than I would have with a routine trim. I like to keep a fresh look and hate getting those "see through" or uneven ends! It looks healthier, so its not all about length for me. It's always grown better with trims, even with my relaxer.

@dsmith019 I totally agree! That's why I've been trimming my own fro for over a year now. So much money saved!

Folks, beware of scissor happy stylists that are hatin' on your lovely hair and telling you that it looks better shorter! I'm just sayin' I don't know how many of you have been a victim of that, but I have. Learn to Cut it your self.

I think your trim is nice, but judging from the other pics of how long your hair was I think she cut too much length off. Just my opinion , but you look great girl.

Thanks..I asked her to do a cut after the trim so my hair could be even all around. I had way more length on the top than I did the sides : )
