@thelittlesagg2 seriously i dont know where you got that deffinition form but, parkour isnt tricks, wallclimbs arent tricks, freerunning is tricks like flips. jumping form building is parkour and freerunning, just depends how u do it. there is no freerunning in mirrors edge only parkour. i know, ive been training pk for 3 yrs

@dbgtmaster10 no, theyre are different, parkour is efficient movemnet like a courier or in an emergency. being fast and fluid. freerunning is stylish tricks. i have been doing parkour for 3 years now. even look it up on wiki if you dont believe me. mirrors edge is parkour on freerunning

@evymetal95 actually they are the same parkour = french for obstacle running

and when you free run you obstacle run. parkour/ free running are both obstacle running just a little more hardcore than olympic style. parkour is the origan/ french word for free running.
