Hi! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of unwanted fat.
if you do crossfit training you have to do full body workouts, legs are completely seperate from upper body you dont get tired from gyming unless you do cardio shit. So you can do full body workouts every second day, these guys are just oldies and need more time to recover.
Not that I'm hating on you guys or anything but the old school bodybuilders utilized full body workouts for a good majority of their workouts. Check out C.S. Sloans articles on this topic, he has a bunch of good ones.
