  • @funny4ever1 no he isn't his weight has fluctuated 5lbs since his start of fitness modeling and he weighs less now than when he started he is just more defined now

  • I do both at a time and sit down in a chair to do it. No wave and makes you utilize more energy at once for better strength and explosiveness.

  • Greg is the perfect guy: incredible body and amazing attitude. Great!
