Pat was so inspirational back in the day! Man, I used to listen those cassettes over and over on road trips.... and NEVER get tired of it. Those sounds are irreplaceable and mark many moments of my life with a sound stamp that I greatly appreciate 20+ years later! Thanks for that, Pat! And thanks for being alive in my time. You're one of the greatest artists ever.

I just did a 3 day security detail for Pat in Chicago...he is without a doubt the nicest, coolest, most down to earth artist I have ever met. He is incredibly fan friendly and loves his music. He is what every musician should be like.

Actually Grandma Jeanne wasn't there. She passed away a few years ago. I'll be sure to send condolences to the family. Meanwhile Pat's entire performance (and his earlier ones) will continue to impress with their depth and range of musical sources (both Smithereens and not).
