Basically Lionel goes missing when Kayley is a little girl. Ten years later they believe that Lionel may still be alive so Julianna sends Kayley out to look for him. Ruber shows up and says that he wants Lionel to stay dead. And if he is alive he would kill him himself. A mysterious man appears and tells Kayley to run. Kayley runs and ends up meeting Garrett, who helps her to escape Ruber, but gets badly hurt in the process. Cornwall and Devon witness this whole-
