The same video I posted the other day only IN TECHNICOLOR!!! As someone requested it be seen in.

A little video that i have re-edited somewhat that was going to be in my Timewar video yet neglected as it ran to long[although thinking about it now, i wouldn't mind doing a George Lucas and redoing it again adding scenes and stuff!]

Just a little scene that answers the age old Doctor Who question "whatever happened to Susan?", which was actually answered in the New Series.

The Doctor has said a number of times in the New series that his whole family was killed in the Timewar, also in 2005's "The End of the World" the Ninth Doctor states that his home world has been destroyed and that he is the last of the Time Lords. Although Susan is not mentioned by name, the Doctor says in "Father's Day" that his "whole family" died, and in "The Empty Child" some dialogue implies that he is no longer a father or grandfather.

so i think with the above it is safe to assume that Susan died in the Timewar along with everyone else.

Either way enjoy.

  • What's "color"?

  • Its what happens to you when your surrounded, bombarded and comercialised by American spellings and diction.

Ill amend it now actually, well spotted.

  • having missed dr. who in the eighties, i wouldn't know if this was the real susan or not. is it? can someone tell me if she really did turn up again?

  • Susan Foreman wasn't seen on TV since the Five Doctors and her fate onscreen remains unknown.

She was mentioned to have passed however in the Episode "The Empty Child".

And I thought i would "Fill in the gaps" as it were.

  • That was quite powerful considering it's a load of clips pasted together. The way you used the music and added the Doctor (Looking upset) at the end really did give it power. Well done.

  • Thankyou kindly.

  • I pitty fans of the new series who never got to watch Susan... I loved her.

  • That would've been such a tragic scene if it were to be ever filmed properly!

    Well done!

  • the entire Dr. Who series right up to "The Pandorica Opens" is on Netflix. so those who want can see what made Susan special.

  • This is taken from 30 years in The Tardis, A documentary about Doctor Who, The Tv Movie and the Daleks from one of David Tennants story's and all put together. Should be re-titled to Susan's return. Well done! Very well put together

  • @HumanHorrorMovie plus Dimensions in time.

  • Why are there many casualties on the EVE of the last great time war? :P

  • You know, I think it plays better in black and white.

  • she's not dead. she will have regenerated ;-)

where'd you get the footage from?

  • now thats interesting i havent seen this before, love the way you blend in footage from shakedown. good little short , nice one

  • Yeah I didn't notice that the first time.

  • Although Susan is not mentioned by name, the Doctor says in "Father's Day" that his "whole family" died, and in "The Empty Child" some dialogue implies that he is no longer a father or grandfather.

Or she could have stayed where he left her. I also wonder if the planet is destroyed or just not accessible to the Doctor. Now that would be interesting especially with his history with Galifrey.

  • The New Who needs to bring back Susan even if all it is, is an ep where the doc is in 1963 and hears Susan's name mentioned or hear her talk to some school friends. Hell anything. RTD didn't give us Romana so maybe Steve will give us some glimpse of Susan.
