No just air with CM V10,and i had my case in a space with -2 Celsius room temperature.
But if i oc more its would not start further then the bios.

my motherboard supports the Intel G31 g33 overlock if any of 3 or 2.8 ghz? is to avoid bottleneck with my hd 4670 .. oh and another thing .. I have 300 watt .. that's a problem?

How did you overclocked your CPU?? What did you changed on bios settings?

SuperPi is shit for measuring CPU performance. It's not well-threaded. Use a multi-threaded application to see more noticeable performance differences.

yo guy. i have the same bios screen. but it wont let me do anything to overclock it. do know how to get it overclocking because myn wont let me.

@dnzota yea i got the box of the processor its realy written core 2 duo and i know its my mobo i discovered it cant do anything good i cant even cahnge the clock in bios i just orded a new one with a 17 from tigerdirect thnaks for the reply tho

Hmmm... yea it does have a little bit of that problem, but nothing close to the worst i have seen. It has pretty good contrast and looks good and is considerably cheap (this shows in the backlight leaking ;D).

Great job but might try to set your NB to 1.40v or so? Command rate for RAM can be set at 2T if you have the option all looks good from here other then that.

I think the command rate is set to 2T when its on auto but im not sure. I havent set the NB because it seems to work better on auto dont know why maybe its because the voltage regulators make it run at higher voltages than max but i would have to check with a multimeter.
