CrossFit: Strengthen Up for 2011

Anywhere Fit posted a contest: The most creative pull up WOD done using the most creative apparatus. And the winner will be provided a pull up bar provided by Steelfit. I have watched some of Blair Morrison's videos. They're pretty impressive and they look fun. So when I saw the contest, I thought it would be fun to work out at my favorite spots in my home city. Sacramento. --This is my first homemade video. So I decided to make a story out of it. I hope you enjoy. We may not not be as strong as the boys, but we wanted to show women love to play too.

I started crossfit this past summer and I fell in love with it. Especially being at the Games. It was truly inspiring. From the beginning I've been fortunate to have the most awesome partner. We have gone through every milestone together. Helping and pushing each other past our limits. From my first double unders to our first snatchs. So of course I did not want to leave her out on some fun. Just make a partner WOD right? I wanted to capture a glimpse of what Sacramento is to me. Where I was born and raised. Where I will be leaving soon end of this year to pursue my dream of becoming a good nurse.

We want to share with everyone that being STRONG and ACTIVE is BEAUTIFUL. We hope everyone will make changes to a better and healthier year. It's 2011. Let's start now.
