Arthur is an engine from the LMS to help with trucks on the island. Thomas is Jealous of him because of his spotless record, so he lies to arthur and arthur's spotless record gets ruined.

They have ruined this show by making the new episodes computer animated. The old episodes were classic and great. They need to still make the episodes with the models. who agrees?

The fact that Thomas was responsible doesn't change the fact that Arthur had an accident, but at the same time, I hope Arthur learned it's not so bad having a spotted safety record. If Arthur could talk to the cruise ship QE2, she'd tell him that she had a spotless safety record for three decades before she ran aground on a 1992 voyage.
