@LaLaMheo Hey, us jazzheads have to stick together ;-)
-
@EbClectic i'd rather say it's alive and kicking!!
-
@EbClectic yeah, you're right...bad english indeed!! hahahah
i dunno how much time i've spent trying to understand what the hell are they saying!! hahahah anyhow, now and thanks to you, most of the song is intelligible. So, thanks again! :)

@LaLaMheo Part four is almost not understandable- sorry... But it says one more time that "the truth is not hard to follow". Great track. Who said jazz was dead...?
-
@LaLaMheo I missed the last part LOL Hold on. And oh, that unintelligible is probably "i found a colorful way".
Anyway, right after the lyrics she scats on "nothing to say" in variations. After that it gets hard because the guitar obscures the voice: "Searching eyes are (unintelligable) Lift `em up, don't wait until tomorrow coz it's simple (simple) simple coz the truth it ain't hard to follow (which btw is very bad English) Part 3

@EbClectic [btw, have you any idea of what she says in the last part? when she kind of sings "‘cause it’s simple [simple] ‘cause it’s simple [simple]"...i don't want to bother, but...you've been so nice, so... :) ]

@LaLaMheo Part two "I got good news (good news) in the midst of a discouraging day. I got a secret weapon a thing to keep steppin' and make the rain clouds scurry away. I discovered the way a (unintelligible)way i discovered the way for a world full of people with a whole lot of lyrics but very little or nothing to say." 2 x and then scatting.
You're welcome :-)
