The Nyko Power Pack Plus is $40 with the charging doc, or $20 for just the battery (you can't use the old 3DS dock either way).

i guess i have a god ds cus ive played with it full 3d non stop playing and it lasted over 4 hours, stopping and going and only one bar depleted.

is there a case that can hold this ? would a normal dsi case fit it now ?

If you are then its obviously to charge it. Did you see the contacts on the battery pak? They touch the contacts on the base and charge it.
If you werent serious then pardon me, and maybe proofread your comment next time as well, it couldnt hurt.
