  • in your Somlor Machoo Krueng Spareribs video your lemongrass past was green. is there a difference in this paste than the one you used in the other video

  • @klumzi Hi! The only difference was whether I put a lot of dried big chilis when I'm grinding it...I usually like mines red.

  • SO what did u use this paste for?

  • @samuraisem We use it in a lot of Cambodian cuisines.

  • it is too slow but thanks for showing, but i have a question if you can answer, is it good for skin?

  • @sonam426 Don't know but you should try it.

  • Did somebody say trash bag! "TRAAAASH BAAAAGS!!, I WANT TRAAAASH BAAAAGS!! I WANT 'EM!! I WANT 'EM!!"

  • @1fishfinatic3 Wow! I have got to try that...sounds great!

  • The "rhizome" is known as Krachai or Grachai or various spellings like that. It is available frozen or jarred in the US. Would recommend the frozen variety for best flavor.

  • I will start with dirty hands!
