they missed the point of the song completely

Part II (ha), have no bondaries at expression, especially facial expression. When you are TRULY feeling a song, a performance, THE WORDS; then many emotions should flow right out and if you choose to feel emotionless, its nothing wrong with that either...its how you tell your story through someone elses lyrics. Hmm... U guys weren't very much in unison, and some of u guys were smiling. The while point of dancing a song Is interpreting a song and making the audiience believe ur the character ur trying to portray. And this dint happen:/

They were amazing, but the smiles don't make sense. I believe in passion. and I'm missing it.
-
I love the begining
-
@Klukva55 o really? can you explain the smiles?
-
@therealgiannab8D no they didn't
completely well

In response to the smiling: artistry, music, movement, and expression comes in many performance attributes. There is nothint wrong with smiling in this piece. If you listen to the lyrics and compare it to real life. She states, "it doesn't hurt", and what does not make you hurt in life will make you stronger. The stronger you are, the confident you are in LIFE, you will smile at no cost. Dance is about expression and what people fail to understand contemporary, modern, and lyrical styles (TBC)

Yeah I don't think they should really be smiling during this song.

Are they smiling??
Some are performing this flirtatiously. I understand it is probably a drill team performance, but no on is feeling and expressing the truth of this song. Technique is great at their age, but they need to really understand and convey the right feeling to their audience.
Where is this recorded at?!
Great choreography!!! Inspiring.
GOOD SONG CHOICE!
