Building on the state's vibrant tradition of folk music, they have created a police choir that sings songs designed to raise awareness of and combat crime.

the govt, and politicians r teh most crrupt so if this poor peopel doing this i just acn neglect them or forgive them, BUt if i was a politicians or in govt then i would push to implement policies that could changes peoples life to beterness. you acn live  hungry but with honour ,you can live poor but with yur right and dignity. But india and many countries taht ahs not. All r responsible for that, from people,govt to politicians,

That is not correct, fact is that a snake even do not bite yu if he do not feel thretend.The basis for ""fight for survival"" is same to all creations like humane,plant animals,wild animals etc.I guess bihar has serious social problems and it is bit like ""genotypical effect". Poverty contributes crimes to. Bihar is a good example for that.bihar need a good social work to do i guess And govt. should implement policy how to do that.
