Welcome to my first, and I hope to be, long time running gamemovies where I play through diffrent games and all their levels. Attempting to achive the best score or the highest rank. This movie is missing music & sound due to program for some reason refusing to record it so please listen to whatever you prefer the best.

This is Tenchu, a game I have played in a total of 2 days now and only reached level 3 so far. Shortly said, the Tenchu games is basically a Ninja game where the objective is to stay hidden while assassinating your target - and any other enemy that cross your path.

Of course, that also includes civilians, murderous rabid dogs and traitious roof-cats who apperently are understandable by the enemies.

Meow! - SHE IS ON THE ROOF! EVERYONE CHARGE!

Anyway, this is the training stage. Pretty simple to get the "Grand Master" rank after doing it 50 times atleast and even then you will make misstakes. I had some luck since I didn't need to wait 10 min in the open room before getting a shot to take them out.

  • I understand that you have your opinion on the Tenchu soundtrack, but how can you seriously play the game without having one piece of the music move you in some way shape or form? The music adds such atmosphere and mood to the game. Oh well. To each his own I guess.

  • the tenchu series has the best music in any series, and this game's soundtrack is great, this level included

  • @evilloren i agree so much, we don't have enough stealth ninja games anymore, it's all about shooting and barbaric slashing nowadays :(

  • God, they need to make another one of these games. but they really need to open it up with the creativity for hiding, maneuvers (all ninjas should be able to hang from ceilings, cling to walls and crawl on walls like insects)... they should also be able to disguise themselves as any enemies they have killed - if they can kill them without getting blood on the enemy's outfit.

  • @NYCxPLAYB0Y - I can tell that you really really love Tenchu Stealth Assassins, so my hat is off to you (if I had any hat). You certainly have played it a lot and is quite skilled at it. I like your voice too as it's very clear (and attractive sounding) which makes it easy to hear what you say. I just wished you typed as good :(

    :)

  • @KillerDiaguR LMAOOO check out my channel, i got a world record in this shit ... 38 seconds time ... plus im the only one on here too do all layouts for every mission killing everyone without being spotted ... nuff said

  • @NYCxPLAYB0Y i said "about" 1997. bearing in mind it's 2011 now and i haven't played tenchu in over a decade it wasn't a bad guess now was it? i understand i made some lofty claims but if you were any good at the game you'd know what i was talking about...

  • @KillerDiaguR ummm tenchu came out in 98 .... hmmmm interesting ...

  • @NSLM lol umm ok , whatever you can do to prove what you claim to have done..... thats kool lol

  • @KillerDiaguR

LOL - very nice. I like that. It's all good - I actually still have the save, so all is well =D

  • @NYCxPLAYB0Y

Sure do - it's on my current save. = )

I was actually going to upload a screenshot but it's too easy to photoshop stuff nowadays for people to believe it's not fake. Alternatively I could record it from my phone on the screen (almost impossible to fake that way). But it'll just be a quick vid of the score on the TV, not of me actually redoing it.

Would that suffice? (I don't need to prove jack shit to anyone, but if you're genuine, then I don't mind)

  • @antherick

Man, Tenchu has awesome stage music, but I think that if there's anything holding it back, it's the mid-track change of atmosphere. Like, it'll be good, then it'll just become crap for a bit, then good, then crap.

    You get me?
