For all she said and everything we know about this recording (the fact that they paid her ridiculous £ 30 for recording), the impression I have is that Pink Floyd used the girl's talent, thanked and sent her away . Not even had the decency to inform her that her voice would be in the recording. Where I come from the name that is cheating.
At least she won the lawsuit against them. Better late than never.
Gilmour and Waters, shame on you!

In the 'Dark Side of the Moon' album, The great gig in the sky was only written by Rick Wright? or Clare Torry is also mentioned?

@muzictherpy What a big contribution she gave to this. And strange how does this song have something of sad and joyful at the same time. Undoubtly GGS is one of the most amazing moments of the album.

Pô, eu imaginava uma cantora negra que tinha feito aquilo! mas não foi grande decepção, a voz na gravação tinha inspiração negra, não sei, tinha algo de negro ali com certeza.
Does she make any money from royalties?

@TomGreenUK according to wikipedia: In 2004, Torry sued Pink Floyd and EMI for songwriting royalties, on the basis that her contribution to "Great Gig in the Sky" constituted co-authorship with Richard Wright. Originally, she was paid the standard Sunday flat studio rate of £30. In 2005, a settlement was reached in High Court in Torry's favour, although terms were not disclosed. All pressings after 2005 list the composition to Richard Wright and Clare Torry.
