Nouba Wedding

The Nouba group populates different parts of Southern Egypt and Northern Sudan, they live mostly on the Nile river banks and they rely on farming and fishing for the most part of their living. this particular ceremony was performed by the Egyptian Noubas I believe.

The people who gave the name "Nubia" to the region are the same Black Nouba who were described as occupying the region from the campaign into the Sudan conducted by King Ezana of Aksum. They're the same race depicted in the Biban-El-Molouk documents, and the same phenotype that Egyptologists have for years adduced as proof of the racial difference between the Egyptians and their southern counterparts. These are not the only kind of "Nouba" like Habesha are not the only kind of Ethiopians. Study.
