@RettibNigriv That's true, there were those that did poorly in Nisei compared to the old gen. But guys like Mantaro, Kevin, and Eskara are something different. All had their strengths and weaknesses.

Yes they went back in time to stop the current villains - Thunder & Lightning(Time Chojin) from killing Robin Mask and messing up history.
Those "fake" versions of the Chojins are from some comedy performence show or something which Mantaro's new partner - Chaos was from.
