How to get there:
From the airport: at arrivals take bus 172 towards Mundsburg. Change at U-Fuhlsbüttel onto the U1 towards Hauptbahnhof Süd. Then take the U3 towards Mümmelmannsberg and get out at Hammer Kirche. Exit via the underpass which crosses under the road. Follow the street, towards the crossroads and the hotel lies on the right-hand side, around 200 m further on, on the Hammer road 170. By train: take the U3 from the central station towards Mümmelmannsberg and get out at the stop Hammer Kirche. Exit via the underpass which crosses under the road. From the Elbbrücken bridges: cross the Elbbrücken and continue over Billhorner Brückenstraße onto Heidenkampsweg. Follow this road for around 1 km, to the junction at Ankelmannplatz. On the right-hand side the unusual, semi-spherical glass building will already be visible. Turn off right into Ankelmannplatz/Eiffestraße and continue in the direction of the traffic until the junction of Eiffestraße and Luisenweg. Take a left into Luisenweg and continue until the crossroads with the Hammer road. Turn right onto the Hammer country road and drive around 600 m to number 170. From the Horner Kreisel (Horn roundabout): drive onto Sievekingsallee and follow the direction of traffic until the crossroads Sievekingsallee/Hammer Steindamm. From there, turn off left onto the country road to Hammer, where guests will find the hotel at number 170, about 300 m further on, on the right-hand side.
