" We comment ...you decide"
A CBS News poll of 1214 people conducted between August 8 and 12 found only 26 per cent approved of the way Bush was conducting the war. Nearly 70 per cent disapproved.

Could anyone tell me if you could run protest rallys when Saddam ran the country...I cant seem to find any videos or info on the web?

And did you know that Dick Cheney and the US establishment were the strongest supporters of Saddam Hussein? When Dick Cheney was CEO of the oilfield supply firm Halliburton, the company did $23.8 million in business with Saddam Hussein, US provided billions of military aid and soft loans to Saddam.

Yes this is a well known fact but what would have happened if Saddam tried to buy weapons with Oil..I think he had the strongest and negotiable currency in the world. I heard they all answered his calls. But who ran the Oil for Food program....Banque Nation de Paris...nooooo..but why did the French not support the invasion..mmm

The point is the US never supported democratic rights in Iraq and it is not supporting it now. Death squads yes, democracy no.
