@Dravensdmf I feel like he meant any biker doing this shit. Rather than a ticketed offense he'd impound it. Granted, we don't know for sure, but I'd hope he's not that fucking stupid. And please, swearing isn't illegal. He didn't get right in his face, wasn't intoxicated, or anything similar which is the premise for other "swearing" arrests. Regardless, stupid bikers.
