He seems to take it straight on without much ornamentation of the long phrase endings, which to me adds to the "churchy" feel of this movement. However, Handel's organ concertos were secular, not sacred works, played during intermissions of his oratorios and operas.
I guess I'm biased because I've grown up musically on the Preston/Menuhin version of these concertos, whose CDs I own.
Nonetheless, these are still good renditions and I'm happy that they're out on YouTube!!
I have to say I think using the tremulent stop is TOTALLY unneccesary.
Spoils what is otherwise a very nice rendition.

In this LARGHETTO me feel the deep sense of

with soft stops.Also note in 1:55,the stop!!
